Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 2 days of purchase.  All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service.  Plans are shipped within 2 days purchase and are them shipped on a monthly basis based on date pf purchase.  Plans purchased before the 15th will be mailed by the 15th; plans purchased between the 15th and last day of the month will be sent before the last day of the month

Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to please but realize every dog has different tastes. If that's the case please email us at with your reason for concern. We will do our best to make it right.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
